Lil Foodee Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your Lil Foodee order. If something’s not right, here’s how our returns work.
📅 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn/unused
-
With all original tags attached
-
In its original packaging
-
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
💌 How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@lilfoodee.com.au with your order details.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and a shipping label with instructions.
Please note: returns sent without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
🚚 Damages & Wrong Items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can sort it out.

🔄 Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item, and once it’s approved, place a new order for the one you want.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
