Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Processing time

We aim to pack and ship orders within 2–4 business days. During launches, sales or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery within Australia

• Standard shipping: estimated 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping: estimated 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, delivery address, public holidays and postal delays.

International shipping

If international shipping is available at checkout, estimated delivery is usually 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email if tracking is available for the selected method.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at hello@lilfoodee.com.au. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, check your tracking first. If you still need help, email hello@lilfoodee.com.au with your order number and we’ll help where we can.
